Yes, but I misread rule 29{0} PlayerRemoval.  Oops. Anyway, at least we
know that we're all here.

I vote 1 on BadlyNamedProposal and 1/sqrt(2) on PauseSurvival.
PauseSurvival might encourage players to pause themselves almost all the
time, which would make voting unstable.
