Roger, Gliptic, Alex, Nathan, Olena, Jennifer, and Xiannan,

The PHP page will be down for a couple days while my friend buys a new
computer and sets up a Linux server.  Meanwhile, I pause myself.

If anyone is missing copies of recent proposals, I think I can dig up
some backup copies of gamestate.php and find them.

Alex, is your gamestate page up to date?
