Jon's out of town for a few days.  He had mentioned the idea of trying to
read bigger chunks and have less frequent meetings.

We do seem to have lost some organization recently: nobody knows what the
reading is supposed to be, and attendance at the meetings is spotty.  I went
to the "meeting" last week and I was the only one there, so I didn't go this
week.
