[ALACPP] How to get code completion in Emacs

Gavin mentioned to me he wanted code completion in Emacs. I mentioned you can do this with JDEE, but of course he wanted to do this for C++ code. ;-) 

Well, it turns out the component that lets JDEE do this also knows C++:
