We came, we ate, we talked. ;-)

I think the meeting was good. We talked about functors, backed over type
lists and groaned about some issues with STL maps and multi-maps. Ray
Tayek showed up towards the end of the hour. Unfortunately, he'd gone to
lucky Baldwin's through a miscommunication. We talked about the
"academic" style of writing in the book, and how that was getting
progressively more and more annoying. ;-)

Please add in anything else I forgot to mention.
