teucer re-registered before specifying eir latest list of alleged
names, so Rule 2 arguably renders ineffective the names from that
list that would otherwise have been non-unique.  It would've been
more ambiguous if e had stated
  "I wish to be known by <list of names>.  I register."
as Rule 46 does not apply to em while e is not a player.
