Well, I'm not sure, given that the devices rule says blueprints define
attributes for the corresponding devices, but that might be restricted to
attributes listed in the devices rule (e.g. "trigger").

Perhaps your proposal could include an addition to the devices rule that
just adds some rule-defined properties or attributes to the devices rule,
that blueprints can then quite easily refer to? Sort of like we had a while
ago for things like "Cursed" (although a recent proposal could handle those
basic ones with things like tacky, dry, fragile, etc.). But some sort of
"hands-free" attribute that could easily be integrated into a blueprint?

Otherwise, I like the idea of hands and the bionic arm.
