The scam hasn't finished yet. The scam's meant to interfere with a
current proposal (there were two scams in that message); it hasn't done
its job yet. I'll terminate the contract (if possible and contract law
still exists) once the proposal passes.
For the time being, though, I'm going to object to attempts to Tweak the
scam to stop it working, because it hasn't done its job yet.
