Re: [s-d] Time Jump

Actually, my bad. Rewards are handed out at the end of the nweek, but reset
at the start of the next when needed.

Other things that happen at the end of the nweek as far as I can find:

- deadline for proposal voting, and the default deadline for any other
decisions (don't think there are any here)
- bidding periods for tied ministerial elections end
- farming for fish awards
- victory conditions cease to be fulfilled

The new-fangled Ministry of Time would actually have been useful here, all
these would have been listed already. I think I found them all.

on another note, the durations rule says that one nweek is defined as the
period between intervening changes of the clock nweek value. So if we've got
e.g. anyone in jail (I forget if we do, maybe J?), that does count toward
the end of eir sentence.

Well, here's the relevant passage:

"Each time that the Clock nweek value changes a new nweek begins. /*the
previous nweek ends in the moment immediately before the Clock change*/ A
period of one nweek is the time intervening between two consecutive changes
of the Clock nweek value."

According to this Rule, nweek 154 DID have a start.
According to the comment test, nweek 153 did end. But did it end according
to actual rules?
