Placing a restriction on who may forfeit a Player, is placing a restriction
on when a Player can forfeit. Rule 5e18 forbids such a restriction, ergo,
you are not a Player and subsequently an invalid possibility for Priest.
You are, however, a PEP, and we need an emergency.
