It's the same type of scam as before, your arguments just delayed it a
couple of days. You admitted yourself that the forum in question was
reasonably accessible. (The fact that it isn't /now/ is immaterial.)

If a nomic has a type of proposal (an Emergency, in this case) that
allows players to gain a dictatorship, wouldn't you begrudge them using
it? It's a scam, definitely. Not an attempt at systematic destruction.
