[s-d] InterNomic Player/Bot Working Group

A while back (B's second era), B Nomic had a player called the Automatic (or
maybe Automated) Nomic Playing Unit, which someone later admitted was an
attempt to create an artificial player. I think it would be interesting to
try to do a little more with that concept, but I don't have sufficient
knowlege of programming languages to do this myself. I know a lot of you are
also involved in programming nomics, and was wondering if anyone was
interested. (I would send this to some of the p-nomics, but I figure you all
might not appreciate getting five of the same message in your inboxes; if
there are other programmer-nomicians you think would be interested, let them
know) Here's an outline of what I have in mind:

Short Term:
Give it a cool name
Find a suitable programming language to construct it (Note: BF is NOT a
"suitable programming language")
Create some sort of structure to govern the project (I think a contract
would work well for B/Agora purposes, but if ehird wants to play too we
could make a Grid Law instead)

Medium Term:
Teach it to vote (randomly or according to some other impartial criteria)
Teach it to support/object (could be useful for automatically objecting
if it detects a lack of activity followed by scam-type actions)
Have it enter into contracts
Have it play on the B Nomic Grid
Have it hold an office (one that can be fully automated)
Have it judge cases (I know that would be really hard to program; just an
idea)

Long Term:
Teach it to seek out foreign nomics on the internet (nomic.net has a
database of them)
Teach it to search their rulesets for mailing lists and subscription
requirements, and to subscribe if eligible
