Incidentally, Consultations not limited to a specific point in time
are annoying.  Some questions resolve this explicitly (e.g. "Did teucer
have any macks at <time>?"); others don't change much; but since neither
of these is consistent, it would be nice to legislate some sort of
default.  (Agora's default has long since been time-of-submission, but I
recently leaned toward time-of-answer because We Want To Be Different.)
