I won Agora due to setting up a situation in which it was paradoxical
whether a particular CFJ (= Consultation) existed or not. We simply
terminated the paradox by getting comex to withdraw the CFJ in question,
thus the gamestate ended up the same either way. Severability meant that
despite the CFJ's status being unknown, the rest of the game continued
as normal.
