According to Rule 4E75, the Proposal (governed by 4E15) had an effect before the Consultation (4E18) did. Therefore: I purchases 5 Brick Red and 10 Baby Blue Socks. Charles then purchased the remaining 4 Baby Blue Socks. I'm going to enter these into the Ministry of Society as if the Socks cost m80. Is this correct?
