Can we rewrite that motion? I realize now it's a bit redundant. A member who
does not hold a black sock ceases to be a member. A voting sockholder is a
member who holds at least one black sock. Why not just say a voting
sockholder is a member? Or just replace all mentions of voting sockholder
with member, or vice versa? Thye don't seem to be functionally different.
