Yeah, the ndelay is getting too big. What is our current status? I would
like to get it moving again, but sorting through what has happened is
probably a lot of work and sifting through the archives seems to be
complicated by the fact that some mails are getting dropped.

Let's float some ideas on getting started again. If someone has a summary of
what has happened, I'll do the wiki work needed to update.

And, I'm not a fan of Criminal Law.
