Rule 4E35: devices

"The owner of a device may transfer ownership to another DOO... If the 
owner is not a player, then the rules must explicitly state under what 
circumstances ownership changes and exactly what happens."

Corporations are device owning objects, but transfer of game objects to 
corporations was never defined, so they can't yet own flying machines.
