I interpret the question as being about the murder in it's whole, not  
about 0x44 specifically

The question was: "did player X murder player Y" ? I should obviously  
be interpreted as: "did player X kill player Y, if not who did ? did  
he act alone ?"

What if player Y was actually innocent and the killer was player Z,  
does the justice system tie the priest's hands so much that he cannot  
punish Z only because the question did not mention him ?
