If Proposal 252 (Mr. Fixit 2) Passes, I will receive Points for it.

I hereby Promise that if the Proposal in question is Hurried and Passes, I
will convert all points received for it into mackerel. This mackerel will
constitute a Prize, potentially available to all Players who voted FOR
Proposal 252. I will then post a Riddle to the Discussion Forum. The first
eligible Player to post a Satisfactory answer to the Discussion Forum shall
be given the Prize.
