*fidgets and points at his own meta-proposal* We could have the best of all
refresh proposals, and be able to vote on the individual ideas they contain.

On a not-so-different subject, Am I the only one to disagree with the powers
BobTHJ's proposal would allow the Registrar? replacing objective requirement
by a person's decision, with no ability for anyoen but the registrar to
contest playership, seems a bit, if anything, outside the scope of solving
the emergency...
