Well, I pretty much agree with you in terms of the so-called "legal
fiction". And my basic position with regards to whether AFO is a player or
not according to B's rules is pretty much spelled out in my consultation.
I'd submit a claim but as the supplicant, I can't. If you choose to do so
you have 3 ndays.

PS: There are lots of new consultations out today and I unfortunately have
much work to get done for tomorrow. Will surely get them sorted and assigned
and all that good stuff by tomorrow sometime.
