Is there a way to make it add other information to the messages it  
sends?

For example, could the clockbot post the contents of http:// 
b.nomic.net/index.php/Special:Concat?category=Proposals/ 
Open&printable=yes when voting opens, or the contents of the victory  
conditions page on Winday?
