Ministers are responsible for ensuring that everyone knows the current
state of the game. That doesn't prohibit anybody else from trying to make
clear the current state of the game. (In fact, that's largely what the
game is all about.)

The wiki is a useful tool that ministers can use to help them in their
duties. But there's nothing magical about it that means it's
authoritatively right, and the game doesn't even really directly refer to
it at all.
