Well, if an Agoran CFJ ruled that a Player couldn't initiate actions
within B Nomic, than Rule 5-1's recognition of the Agreement's right
to govern how actions happen would mean that e couldn't initiate
actions, regardless of what our Consultation said.  And obviously if
our Consultation ruled that e couldn't initiate actions here then
Agora's ruling would be irrelevant as well.

Personally I think a Consultation on the issue would be a bad idea
since it would require the Priest to have a full understanding of the
Agora ruleset and passing it off to Agora's justice system to be dealt
with by someone who already has such knowledge seems preferable.
