Once again we have the problem that the emergency procedures depend  
on the Admin; hitting the Panic Button only puts Peter further behind.

Peter, if you've already tallied the votes, could you let us know the  
results? Then we can go ahead and update the rules ourselves. Also  
let us know if there's any other nweek-ending task that another  
player could conceivably carry out.

This strengthens my conviction that we need to automate AMAP ASAP.
