Unfortunately as it is worded there is no "moment of recognition", it  
happens wether the administrator recognizes it or not, changing this  
would introduce added complexity that i don't really feel is worth  
the effort. If you think 3 days is too short a time, me might extend  
it to 5 or even 7 ndays, would that be ok ?
