Actions in a message are currently implicitly performed in
sequence. The question is more if you can make actions conditionally
dependent on prior actions doing what you thought/hoped they would,
and possibly on whether you can do conditional actions at all.

Well, Game Actions are a pretty fundamental part of the game, and the
game is bound to get complex... :)

There's a somewhat-surprisingly high correlation between programmers
and nomic players, it seems. But no, anyone with an interest in rules
that change rules should be able to play. :)
