If you look at the message (and in case your mail program mangled it,
refer to the archive at
<http://lists.ellipsis.cx/archives/spoon-business/spoon-business-200611/msg00024.html>,
you'll see that the rule is MOO-quoted, not MOO-delimited. I take this
to mean each line starting with the MOO, much like I >-quoted your
message here, prefacing each line with a >.
