Motion 338/0: Annulled Motions Permit Legislating Interests To Undo Decided Extraneousness.
A Proposal by Triller

[[AMPLITUDE ]]
[[ This in anticipation of a Proposal removing Proposal ]]
[[ Changing the type to Annulled eliminates problems
with reserializing Motions if one is removed. ]]

In Rule 2-6, after the sentence "Motions
are initially Pending." add:
{{
A Pending Motion may have its type changed
to the Motion type "Annulled" by the Object
that submitted it.
An "Annulled" Motion is a type of Motion which
will have no effect, and will not be Voted on.
}}

what does the "will not be Voted on" part mean ?
what happens if someone annulles a motion during the voting period and someone has already voted on it ?
