B Nomic is characterized by periods of large activity surrounded by
periods of very little activity.

Either that, or periods of very little activity surrounded by periods of
large activity.

In any event, I'm making major changes to my mailing infrastructure, so a
mail test (to make sure that this gets sent and comes back to me) is a
good thing, anyway.
