EugeneMeidinger has amended p163:

And what happens if the owner doesn't? The rule is written such that
the bonus happens regardless of whether anyone notices it. Perhaps
something like "No such bonus shall be given if adherence to one of
the types is not mentioned by its owner in a Public or Discussion
forum before the proposal resolves."?

And you misspelled recieve again.

It's misspelled in a lot more places than that... I'll submit a
Referendum to fix those. (Grammar Nazi, you're really not doing your
job here.)

> Move rules 6-4 and 6-6 to section 9.

I might add a "and give them new numbers, just as though they were
newly created in that section", just because I'm not sure it's
clear... I think it may be reasonable to interpret that as moving them
to section 9 but keeping their old 6-4 and 6-6 numbers.
