 First, that's too much of a penalty for an error - this way you would lose 
a proposal every five errors. In fact, if you make a proposal late the day 
before voting begins with two typos on it and are unable to amend it before 
voting begins, and then it passes, you lose the right to a proposal. That's 
a little extreme. Second, how about "Every time a proposal is created or 
revised, the Grammar Nazi is required to post a list of all violations of 
the above grammar rules, if any exist, to a public forum. For each such 
violation, the offending player is given two suck points, plus two suck 
points for each violation not corrected within two ndays of the Grammar 
Nazi's report."
