If you're going to do a minister's job for them and update a public
display, please wait for the Backup Duty and then perform it, or at
the very least post to the public forum stating what you're updating.

When going through a batch of emails and updating things, it can be a
bit odd of some of the things are updated already. This is especially
true because something that you think may be a correct game action
isn't.

We appreciate the help, but if you want to update things, then run for
a Ministry and update things there. Having more than one person update
the same thing just tends to cause Chaos and Confusion, and we have
enough of that already around here :).
