The RPS of old just chose a neutral third party to reveal the scores.
Also, Joel wrote a program that basically does this: you give it a
message and list of recipients, and it emails the recipients, waits for
them all to respond, and then publishes their responses once
everybody's replied.

Joel explained to me once how to use it, but I don't think I still have
that email saved, so you'd have to ask him again (or I may have just
done so, if he's watching this list).


If you search for 'escrow' and 'instructions' on google, and limit your search to lists.ellipsis.cx, you'll surely find one of the several posts
to the list for my Empires in Arms game in which I describe its use.
Should that turn out to to be insufficient, or you discover a bug or something,
let me know.
