Sounds like a Ministerial job, or something for someone to write a program 
for.

They can't /claim/ Souls, but they can /buy/ them. Or at least, they will be 
able to when I alter this proposal to make that clearer, and maybe alter the 
Souls rule to avoid a conflict. Yeah, that would be good.

Also, Pwn and its derivatives should be added to the BDict.
