Agreed - there's no reason to tie them to voting, anyway. Just let them 
exist and we'll find uses for them. Maybe give everyone a few hundred to 
start us off, as well, and give new players the same number.

And I think that's a perfectly good name :D


Let's pick a new name for them now and we can rename them after you when you 
manage to get an infinite number of them, okay?
