The "Less is More" movement sort of hit a rock when Dave said 
that he preferred little rules to massive ones; that kept more 
consolidation than what had been done to be done.  'Course, 
now that Wonko's the Minister of Dave, e can state eir own 
preference.

R1910 is called "One at a Time" rather than "The Show Must Go 
On".  Not that it makes any difference to the proposal...just 
in case people were wondering.
