It reward is determined by the person fulfilling the duty. It might be less
than the maximums if the player doesn't have that much, if for some reason
the person doing the duty doesn't want to exceed a certain number of tildex
for some reason, the person is nice, the person makes some other deal with
the player, the person doesn't want some new type of Drink that has negative
effects and makes you drink it, etc. The list goes on. In the end, mostly
you would just be taking that much. It hardly seems like a big enough
problem to warrant voting against the rule, especially if you think that's
the only thing wrong with it.
