um... a board is defined as well as it needs to be under r1900. And that symbol is a T. I think the wiki screwed it up cause of the single quotes or
something. I'll fix it.

That's the source of the error - for some reason what you typed translated to some really weird characters, which the XML parser doesn't know what to do with.

\221 and \222, specifically.

I think bd's right, I'd better start doing things in unicode.

This has been rectified.

I'll try to write more robust software this weekend.
