[s-d] Tentative results

I haven't had time yet to implement all the proposals, deal out all the new cards (I think we just decked ourselves, btw), etc., but in case you're interested, here's a list of what props passed and how many points they earned. A formal recognizer will be out sometime hopefully no later than thursday.
Incidentally, I was very surprised at how much difference it made to remove theta's duplicate votes... one prop that would have passed failed, and two that would have passed were shelved.
Anyway, when I get around to implementing it, we're going to have a few new pieces, a society tax, and a whole lot of new ministerial positions ripe for the plucking. 

But for now, the Clock is still Off.
