The intent of my C Nomic ruleset was to strip away the uniquely B aspects of our ruleset - the fluff, if you will - while maintaining all the same functionality. It keeps the B Nomic way of dealing with proposals, minus an Admin, because I saw no reason to reinvent the wheel.
