The current definition doesn't quite conflict with my new one. The 
current rule is a Hat definition that happens not to be in the Hat Box, 
and that defines many, many Hats.

I don't really like the idea of throwing out everything and starting 
from scratch... I'd like B Nomic to be a long-lived game, not a dozen 
short-lived games.

BTW, should Hats pass, Hat definitions will be on the Wiki. I encourage 
everyone to set up whatever they thing needs setting up on the Wiki, 
and y'all should make yourself login accounts as well.
