I'm not sure if that's true... the way it's currently phrased, an Offer is a set of agreed upon gifts and actions; there's no provision for inactions. So arguably, the Offer can require you to give me your proxy or to use a computer to get moves, but it cannot require you *not* to take back the proxy or not to use a move-calculator.

Of course, now that I've pointed it out, there's no cleverness involved in exploiting it, so hopefully nobody will.
