RE: [spoon-discuss] Re: [Spoon-business] repeal-o-prop

Comment regarding Administration: Thermo, although it did not become as aged
and venerable as B Nomic, divided administrative duties in a manner that I
believe could work with B. Each new set of stuff added to the ruleset got a
new Office whose holder was in charge of tracking it. Thus, the Stenographer
was the judicial administrator, and the Speaker was the one responsible for
tracking Things. This is basically the B Nomic Ministry system extended to
the point where the admin becomes more of a "general minister" and is able
to be a player. If e tires of being the admin, e can hand the job off to
someone else - or deregister, causing it to be reassigned at random. Thermo
died when its speaker was the only player, and derigistered via Thermo's
equivalent of Garbage Collection.
