I also have, and will most likely continue doing so as long as they're legal. I understand the Administrator's situation, but they're very convenient for the author of the prop -- and in slow nweeks like the last one, I'm sure they aren't too much more work for the Administrator than a standard prop would be.
As I understand it the votes for each section must be tabulated by hand and adjusted to reflect. Hence the prop to repeal.
