It sort of dropped off our radar a while ago, back when it looked like 
the game was going to die; Dave was, I believe, supposed to remove it 
from me by force and give it to another player some time ago, but e 
didn't, so I still have it.

Every nweek I remember during Voting that I have it and should give it 
away, and every nweek after voting I forget about it, except this 
nweek, when I couldn't award it to "the player who made the most 
stylish proposal in the past nweek" since I was the only player who 
made any proposals at all.

I'll try to remember to do something with it after Dave speaks, but I 
might forget.

If you post them now, they won't officially happen until after the 
voting results anyway; unless you mean, after next nweek's ballot.
