Ummm... Okay, first off you can't revise 1672 anymore, because ts gone to
vote. When or If it gets shelved as fatally flawed a new prop will be
generated with the same text and you can then modify that prop, but 1672 is
now a closed document

aditionally, you do define it, but not really in terms that exist or have
function within the nomic.

and thirdly you might want to define water, otherwise you are boiling it in
a chocolate eclair...
