A LOT of stuff was repealed, as the two big "repeal lots of stuff"
proposals did in fact pass.

The ruleset should now be updated; if anyone has a few minutes to kill,
please look over the props for nweek 45, and confirm that everything that
should have been repealed was in fact repealed, and has been deleted from
the "current rules" page.

(I noticed that Barney does still exist - was that rule supposed to be
repealed?)

There are still a few extraneous references to the Grid, and to Gnomes,
littered around the ruleset. Anyone who wants a few cheap and easy points
can propose a cleanup prop, since I probably won't have time to write one.
