I notice it on occasion. I've only seen it between you and Glotmorf, but I 
might have missed an incident or two. Also, it seems to be in glotmorf's 
clock:

My clock is synced via network time protocol, so it should be accurate to a 
few seconds. The Date: header is added when it's sent, but the above header 
is when I received it. As such, Glotmorf seems to have a 8-minute clock 
drift.
